Using the Crest strips is straightforward. Simply use the strips once a day for 60 minutes. The full treatment lasts 21 days. For best results, make sure to use the entire kit. You can use up to two kits per year.
1. Peel & Apply ā First, peel the upper and lower strips from the plastic backing and apply to your teeth. Then, wear for 60 minutes. Do not remove the strips yet.
2. Boost ā Next, place the LED light against the strips for 5 minutes. The light will auto-shut off. After that, remove the light and strips. Peel strips from the back of your teeth first for easier removal.
3. Smile & Go ā Finally, reveal your whiter smile.
