How to Use:
- Heat Water: Boil water and then allow it to cool slightly before use.
- Soften the Trays: Submerge a tray in the warm water for about 5-10 seconds.
- Moulding to Teeth: Carefully remove the tray from the water, ensuring it’s not too hot to avoid burns. Place the tray over your teeth.
- Customize the Fit: Bite down gently, then suck in to create a vacuum and form the tray to your teeth. Use your fingers to press the tray against the front of your teeth.
- Cool Down: Keep the tray in your mouth until it cools and sets to the shape of your teeth.
- Repeat for Lower Teeth: Follow the same process for the lower tray.
